Well it's here. Cosplay season is in full swing and you lovelies are the reason I do this. I just got back from Nashicon in Columbia, SC and wow was it packed. Since I was only able to do one day I decided to do two cosplays. My first one was a last minute costume make over: Battle Ready Ursula. I just took my Masquerade idea and made it more badass. It was a hit! My second one was a Pink Ladies inspired Sailor Jupiter. I think the reason the second one wasn't such a hit was because I took the kids I was babysitting to the convention, one of them being in a stroller. Hello My Fellow Seekers, I know it's been a year since my last entry and alot has changed, but not my passion. If you haven't noticed my next cosplay was a humanoid Queen Ursula from the Little Mermaid, and I gotta say I've had a blast with this cosplay. I have had so much more notice than my Ala Mualim. In fact I went to the same convention I did last year and I definitely noticed a difference in the way people treated me. Last year I was kind-of ignored and didn't really have anybody (except one) that knew who I was. This year people had a better idea and I had so many people take my picture and tell me how awesome I looked. I was happy th

 Dear Fellow Seekers, So last weekend I went to my first con, since I was 5. It was a small one in Columbia, but it was a nice entrance into this new hobby of mine. As you can see I was able to complete my first cosplay costume: Gender Bender Al Mualim. I had my friend Paul Jones Photography take some pictures of the costume. I got alot of compliments (and some invitations) on my costume, it was such an awesome feeling of your art being appreciated. I can't wait for my next con and for my next idea to come to life. Unfortunately my life has taken a nasty turn so I will not be able to make some designs come to life for a while. Sorry guys, li
